Administrators: How to Add Teachers to the T-TESS Website

You must have one of the following roles:

  • Assistant School Administrator
  • School Administrator
  • District Administrator
  1. On the site’s top menu click on 'Appraisers', then click on the 'Evaluation Management' option from the dropdown list. At 'Evaluation Management', click on the 'Teacher Accounts'.

2. Once on the Teacher Accounts page, click on the 'Add a Teacher' button.

3. Fill out the Teacher information, then click on the 'Add Teacher' button below.  

(Note: teachers  DO NOT have access to the website. You will only create the account so you can create a Teacher Observation for them)
