School Administrator: How to Edit an Observation/Appraisal

1. Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the Login link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account.

   

2. On the site’s top menu click on 'Appraisers', then click on the 'Evaluation Management' option from the dropdown list.  

3. At 'Evaluation Management', click on the 'Teacher Observations' option from the dropdown list.

   

4. Once you are on the Teacher Observation page, Click on the 'Edit' button (blue pencil icon) to the left of the person's observation that you would like to edit. 
5. You will be shown all current ratings that you will be able to edit. Click on the 'Edit' button for the rating you would like to edit. 
6. Once you have edited the rating, click the 'Save Changes' button on each rating area. You will then eceive a 'Well done!' message. 
7.  You will need to scroll down to bottom of the page and click on the 'Submit Observation' in order to save the changes.
