Administrators: How to Email an Observation/Appraisal
You must have one of the following roles:
- Assistant School Administrator
- School Administrator
District Administrator
- Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the 'Login' link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account.
2. Once logged in:
a - If you are a School Administrator or Assistant School Administrator: On the site’s top menu, click 'Appraisers', then click the 'Evaluation Management' link. Then, click the 'Teacher Observations' link from the dropdown list.
b - If you are a District Administrator: On the site’s top menu click on the 'Districts' link, then click on the 'Evaluation Management' link from the dropdown menu. Then, click on the 'Teacher Observations' link.
- Once on the Teacher Observations page, click on the 'Email' button to the right of the person's name.
**You may need to scroll on the grid to see the Email button**
Click and hold the blue scroll bar and move it to the right to see the Email button and other options.
4. A pop-up window will appear where you can edit the email address if needed. Then, click on the blue 'Send' button to email the observation. (Please note that you will need pop-ups enabled on your browser).
