Administrators: How to Run Non-Summative Reports on Teachers

You must have one of the following roles:

  • Assistant School Administrator
  • School Administrator
  • District Administrator


  1. Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the 'Login' link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account.

2. Once logged in:

a - If you are a School Administrator or Assistant School Administrator: On the site’s top menu, click 'Appraisers', then click the 'Evaluation Management' link. Then, click the 'Teacher Reports' link from the dropdown list. 


b - If you are a District Administrator: On the site’s top menu click on the 'Districts' link, then click on the 'Evaluation Management' link from the dropdown menu. Then, click on the 'Teacher Reports' link.


3. Once on the Teacher Observation Reports page, click inside of the Report Type area to display the report types available. 

4. Once you have selected the report type, click on the 'Search' button.  

5. The system will then open the selected report in a new tab. 

6. You can then print the report as needed by clicking the Print icon listed below.
