Windham SD - How To Update Your Campus Listing For Teacher Observations

1. Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the 'Login' link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account. 

   

   
   

2. After logging in, click on the 'Appraisers' link on the top menu, then click on 'Evaluation Management' link, then click on the 'Teacher Observations' link.  

    

3. On the 'Teacher Observations' page, click on the 'Create a New Observation' button.

   

4. Choose your School by clicking on the field that says 'Please select one' on the 'School' dropdown menu.     

    

5. Once you have selected your School, only the Teachers associated with that school will be able to be chosen in the 'Teacher' drop down list. 

6. Once you have additionally filled out the rest of the information on the Teacher Observation form, click on the 'Save & Next' button to then begin the observation/appraisal.
