How to Get to the T-TESS Certification Test

Here are the steps to follow to get to the T-TESS certification test:

1. Login to the TeachforTexas.org site by clicking on the  'Login' link on the top menu. 

2. Login with your Username and Password on the 'Login' Page.

3. There are 2 ways to get to the Certification test.

     a. Click on the 'Certification Test' link at the top right of the T-Tess homepage.

    b. Click on the  'Appraisers' link on the top menu, then select the 'Certification Test' link in the dropdown menu. 

4. On the 'Certification Test' page, if this is your first time taking the test, you will start with Step 1: T-TESS Participant Survey, otherwise your test will start with Step 2: Rate a Teacher Lesson. 

5. Once you have followed the steps (Step 1: T-TESS Participant Survey, Step 2: Rate a Teacher Lesson, Step 3: Answer Questions about Conferences) and passed the Certification test you will be presented with the option to 'Print' your certificate of completion.

(You will need pop-ups enabled on your browser to print your certificate) 

*You can additionally print your certificate by clicking on the 'My Account' link on the homepage, and then clicking on the 'My Certificates' link.
