District Administrator: How to Update the Superintendent Contact Information

  1. Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the 'Login' link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account.

  2. On the site’s top menu click on 'Districts', then click on the 'Evaluation Management' link, then click on the 'Campus Information' link from the dropdown list.  



3. Once on the District & School Information page, you can edit the Superintendent contact information by clicking the 'contact us' link.


  1. A popup will appear and you will need to enter in the new name and email address of the new Superintendent. Then, click on the 'Send Email' button. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address to confirm that we have received your request.
