What does the "In Progress" certification status mean?

The "In Progress" status means that the user is still in either the rating of the video section of the test or have passed that first section and are now in the multiple questions section of the test. ​​

There is no set time for the test as the videos are about 45 minutes to an hour long, and its up to the user if they want to re-watch portions of the video or how ever long it takes them to rate or answer the questions.
