Manage Appraisal System Administrators
Since this is the first year using the platform, we are reaching out to all superintendents directly, as we do not yet have an accurate list of appraisal system contacts. You may designate anyone as your district’s Appraisal System Administrator. This designation will give them full access to the appraisal system dashboard and allow them to complete the required submission on your district’s behalf.
Once they are designated, they will serve as the primary point of contact for future submissions, and all communications related to TAC §150.1008 will be directed to them going forward.
Instructions:
You will log into your T-TESS Account and navigate to Districts → District Appraisal System.
This will direct you to a dashboard, where you can view historical submissions, submit an entry for the 25-26 school year, and most importantly, manage appraisal system admins.
Please click the “Manage Appraisal Admins” button (gray box)
Here, you will be able to add a User, either by granting access to existing users in District Staff school or by inviting someone new.
To add an existing user, you will select the name of the person you want to designate and click “Grant Access.”
If you would like to designate someone who does not have a T-TESS account, you would simply click on the 'Invite New User' button:
