TAC 150.1008 - How to Complete District Appraisal System Form


To support the annual submission requirements of Texas Administrative Code §150.1008, we are now using the T-TESS website as the centralized platform to collect appraisal system information from all districts. In previous years, this data was gathered through emails and surveys, which made tracking and management difficult.  


Please note we are only collecting data for part a), not part b). right now; but have developed this platform on the T-TESS website to eventually support collecting the data for part b. (Link to TAC 150.1008) 


Instructions: 


  1. Log in to your account at teachfortexas.org, click the DISTRICT tab and select "District Appraisal System" 

     

  2. Click START NOW in the green New Submission box.  

  1. Select which Teach Appraisal System your district uses  

4. If you use a District-created rubric, you will be asked to upload a copy of the rubric and provide a brief description in the space indicated below the upload section. You may then provide any feedback you would like to in the spaces below. 


5. When finished, click SUBMIT FEEDBACK to save your responses.
