Administrators: How to View Teacher Observations

You must have one of the following roles:

  • Assistant School Administrator
  • School Administrator
  • District Administrator

  1. Go to TeachforTexas.org and click on the 'Login' link at the top right of the page to login to your existing account.


  1. Once logged in:

a - If you are a School Administrator or Assistant School Administrator: On the site’s top menu, click 'Appraisers', then click the 'Evaluation Management' link. Then, click the 'Teacher Observations' link from the dropdown list. 


b - If you are a District Administrator: On the site’s top menu click on the 'Districts' link, then click on the 'Evaluation Management' link from the dropdown menu. Then, click on the 'Teacher Observations' link.


3. Once on the Teacher Observations page, you can search for the Teacher by first and last name. For the Current Year Only, you can click on the 'Edit' button (blue pencil icon) to the left of the Teacher's name to see what has been entered into the observation. Since it is within the current year, you will have the opportunity to edit any information. 

  • 4. For Previous School Years, you will NOT be able to edit, but will have the ability to Print or Email the teacher observation by clicking on the 'Print' or 'Email' buttons to the right of the Teacher's name.  


**You may need to scroll on the grid to see the Email & Print button**
Click and hold the blue scroll bar and move it to the right to see the Email & Print buttons and other options.



What to do if you do not see any Teachers listed? 

You will need to make sure that you have added Teachers to your campus. Here is a helpful support article that will walk you through adding teachers.
